First Easter Egg Hunt!

We took Izzy to her first Easter Egg Hunt last Saturday! She loved it! The Easter Bunny and Winnie the Pooh were there! Izzy kept running up to them and showing them her new basket and giving them high fives! They had a build-a-bear station there, as well. So Izzy picked out the softest bear and named it...."Bear", of course! We picked out an adorable outfit for Bear, but Izzy wanted to put it on her instead of the stuffed animal! After a wonderful breakfast, all the children lined up to go hunt for eggs! Once Izzy got the hang of picking up the eggs and putting them in her basket, they were all gone. We got a video of Jeremy showing her where they were, and kids picking them up in front of her. (It was very hard not to be a brat and get mad at them!) I also took a picture of her basket at the end and another child's basket. Poor Izzy, maybe she will get more next year!

Disney World!

Last month, Jeremy had to work in Orlando. So, we decided to take Izzy to Disney World. This age is a great time to take kids to Disney. There was just enough stuff that we could do with her there that we were not stressed everyday about seeing everything. She had so much fun riding all the rides. Since Jeremy was working during the day, Mom and Dad came with us to help. We stayed at the Boardwalk which was a very convenient location. When we arrived early in the morning on Wednesday and the temperature was in the 40s. We were freezing! I have posted a slideshow of most of the pictures. Izzy's first and probably favorite rides were the Carousel and Dumbo. Although, she did enjoy getting dizzy on the teacups! We also took her to Disney's Playhouse and Minnies house. She loved seeing her favorite characters come to life! Once Jeremy got off work, Izzy was exhausted, so we rode some adult rides. If you haven't been to Disney lately, you need to go! It was so much fun! Dad and Mom were joking about needing a vacation from their vacation though!

Uh Oh!

Izzy has learned a new meaning of "Uh Oh"! I put her down for a nap the other day and went back to our room to fold clothes. The monitor was real quiet for a few minutes, so I thought Izzy was asleep. Then all of the sudden, Jeremy and I hear Izzy talking. So, we turn the monitor up to listen. We were rolling in the floor because Izzy was telling herself jokes. We would hear her talking, talking, talking, then ha! ha! ha! This went on for several minutes then it was quiet again. Then we hear..."Uh Oh!" Jeremy and I decided that we might need to check on her. We are rounding the corner and we finally "smell" why she said "Uh Oh". Now every time you hear Izzy say this, you can guess why! This isn't too good for the potty training because she says it too late!
